Hello, potential new tenant!

I've been living in this lovely double room for just over a year now and it's been fantastic! Nothing has gone wrong with the flat in this time and being near the buzzing streets of Clapham has been a dream. Also, with the Victoria line, a 5-minute walk away, you can get to Brixton in 10 minutes and Victoria in 15.

But the thing that has made the stay so easy has been the brilliant housemates. They're all up for watching TV and films in the evenings as well as cooking dinner together. There are two bathrooms, so the shower is hardly ever in use, and I've had no space issues in the kitchen when making dinner!

The flat is social, and everyone gets on brilliantly, but we all have our own life as well so no one is intrusive at all.

If you're looking for a social flat and making some new friends, with excellent transport links in between Clapham and Brixton, for a VERY reasonable price let me know!
