Living room

I lease own the property and have been living here for approx. 5 years. My current housemate is now moving out, so I am looking for someone else to rent out the spare room. The area is great! It's just a short walk from Stockwell station (3-4mins) with Clapham and Brixton just down the road.

I work as a Producer for a well known retailer. I am very easy going, tidy who likes to cook and chill in front of the TV during the week day evenings. I try to stay fit by running a few times a week.

I am looking for a like minded mid-week housemate and expect them to keep the flat clean and tidy as they use it. I am happy for you to use the room from Sunday evening if needed.

The flat is really spacious with a large lounge and separate dining room. There is also a lovely balcony for outdoor space. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The spare room has a double bed, large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
