We are looking for an outgoing, tidy and generally lovely professional housemate to share with Margaux, so this substantial 3 bedroom house and garden will be for just the two of you, with a spare room for visiting guests.

About the house
A 2 storey maisonette in a 4 storey building with a private garden, outdoor sofa and BBQ and a lockable shed for bikes and storage.
It is fully furnished, dishwasher and broadband is included.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and the shared bathroom has a bath and shower.

About the room
Your room is the largest and has a comfy king size bed, enormous wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty of under bed space for storage.

Location
Clapham high street and Brixton and Stockwell stations are a 10 minute walk or short bus ride away.
You can get to Oxford circus in 22 minutes!
The whole area around the house has undergone extensive regeneration recently so it’s a really pleasant place to come home to.

Margaux is a fab housemate. She is an outgoing, considerate professional who loves to travel and often travels for work. She enjoys going out for drinks and food, cooking, gardening (one of the many attractions of the house is a generous south facing, peaceful garden which she enjoys tending to), art exhibitions, gigs and festivals. Equally she loves a quiet evening in with a glass or two of wine.

Rent and bills are £1160 per month. The rent, £930, is payable to the landlady and the £230 for the bills (inc Sky, broadband and a cleaning lady) goes to Margaux.

The deposit, required upfront, is £1070. There is a minimum of 6 months and I would ask for a month's notice of moving. I will also require a reference from your previous landlord.
