Reduced Rent Bright & Modern Room In Friendly Flat

Hello,

I have been living with Hanna in Stockwell for nearly a year now, we are currently looking for someone to fill the third bedroom. It is a modern, bright and airy flat with a large kitchen, bathroom and separate living area. Unfortunately our lovely flatmate Ivan is leaving us.

The room advertised isn't the biggest, however I have been working in the living room from home myself and it has worked perfectly!

We are looking for a like minded person to compliment the flat. We both enjoy reading, cooking dinner and the odd night out. We are both fairly quiet during the week with their own interests, however enjoy the odd evening hangout.

We usually have a cleaner twice a month, however during lockdown we have been taking turns to clean communal spaces on a weekly basis. As flatmates we think it is important to keep things clean in the flat, especially during the pandemic. We are looking for someone that has a similar view and doesn't mind washing their hands etc when entering the flat and doing their fair share.

The flat is well situated, as it is 30seconds from Stockwell tube station which has amazing transport links - a big highlight for us!
