I'm looking for a considerate professional to take a large double room in a 2.5 bedroom house, sharing with just myself. There is a large lounge, newly refurbished kitchen with marble counters, a huge rear garden and two bathrooms. There's also a study / room for storage.
I have a busy job and during the week generally get home around 7/8pm. On the weekends I like to get some exercise in and see my friends. There is a bbq and a fire pit in the garden so we'll occasionally end up around the fire with a few drinks.
I'm looking for someone who is considerate and clean, but also would like to be able to have a laugh and share a drink.
The bedroom has built in cupboards and a king size bed with Hypnos 1800 mattress - super comfy!
