Double Room to rent in Stockwell

What with this epidemic we have a housemate moving back to Australia and room to fill in our Stockwell apartment.

Your room is cosy, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, built in cupboard, bedside draws and lamp, and has a large window overlooking the grassy courtyard. Bedding included if you want it!

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There is a generous kitchen (full of kitchenware), and a fully furnished living room. Apparently we have a carpark if you want it, but we're basically across the road from Stockwell station (with both the Northern and Victoria line) and a pretty easy walk down to Brixton. The apartment is on the third floor and the lift is always broken so you can get a great glute workout every time you leave the house. Being on the back side of the building means we're a little removed from road noise.

Your new housemates are two Australians: Susie and Nick and Sara from Portugal. We like swing dancing, board games, watching movies, binge watching tv shows and having a few drinks. Nick also likes computer games. We are social and don't mind a good party, but we also get sick of the world and need to hide sometimes.

We like to think we are pretty clean, tidy, respectful housemates.

The room is available immediately! If you're easygoing and friendly we'll probably get on great. We want to be able to hang out with our housemates, not just awkwardly pass them in the hall.
