Our roomate is sadly moving out and we are looking for another person to fill her room. If you are a considerate, laid back social person looking to join like minded housemates see below ☺

The flat 🏡
The flat is a two story marionette, located perfectly between oval and stockwell station, connecting you to Northern and Victoria lines. It has a bus stop that takes you straight into the west end outside the door. Clapham, Brixton and Vauxhaul are all within 15min walks. It is about a 30min walk into Westminster and Embankment so the Big Ben and Houses of parliament could be your morning commute. There is also a Lidl and Tesco express across the road and sockwell local at stockwell station .

The room - 🛏
The room is a large double bedroom situated on the top floor in a quiet part of the house. The room will come furnished with a spacious double bed and wardrobe.

About us 👭
I am a physio in my late twenties who loves to travel and explore. I like cooking, wines and good nights in and out. I will dance i the kitchen and ask you to join me at new brunch spots.
Laura is a social worker in her late 20's who likes to travel and explore too, but also binge watches trash tv shows like love island and makes amazing burritos.

The boring stuff 💰
£584 per month plus bills (approximately am extra £100)
Upfront payment: First and and last months rent as a deposit (you then dont pay the final month of your contract)
Move in date: 2nd March 2020
