I'm moving to Singapore from the end of March and will be looking for someone to take over my room in Stockwell for 3 months (from 20 March until 11 July). I live in a 5 bed with 4 other fun-loving, tidy, respectful guys. The house has a big kitchen, living room and a small patio area. We are ideally located for anyone working in central (7 minute walk to Stockwell tube) and are also about a 15 minute walk from Brixton Station, which is nice.
Rent is 740 pcm excluding bills. Given the room is only available for 3.5 months, I'm asking for a smaller security deposit (of £300). Please message me if interested, I look forward to responses.
