Spacious double in luxury flat 3 mins from tube!

Looking for someone fun, friendly and easygoing to join our home. Double room available in this spacious split-maisonette. Current occupants are two 29 year old young professionals (one Doctor, one Finance) who love to hang out over glass of wine/film night but also very respectful of each other’s time and space. Both girls are generally very busy with work/social (covid permitting) and we are looking for someone who is similar. The bathroom would be shared with one of the tenants and there is a very large sitting room and separate kitchen. Also use of huge garden and only 3 mins from Stockwell tube. The area is fab .. just 8 mins walk into Brixton and 15 mins to Clapham with both Victoria and Northern line literally on the doorstep. All bills are included in the price (cleaner, Netflix, sky, council tax etc). Due to everything being a bit up in the air at the moment I am very flexible in terms of length of lease and also open to Monday-Friday lets (or even fewer nights). We can discuss the cost of the room if this is something you are looking for. There is also space for a desk in the room if you are working from home and loads of storage.
