I'm a social, open-minded and respectful guy who sees the flat as a sanctuary / place to work. Would like to meet a likeminded flatmate who values friendliness and a tidy and peaceful home environment.

As a professional pianist, I have a grand piano in the lounge with students visiting for 8-10 hrs a week - please check the schedule below for details. I also practice around 30 hrs a week, and would mostly like this as private time in the lounge.

To cover my extra use of the lounge, my rent would be £250/month more than yours, and I hope that seems reasonable.

The piano is quietly audible from the room, though I play silently with headphones in the early morning / late evening.
