The room is on the 2nd floor of a Victorian house on a quiet residential street. It also benefits from being south facing with lots of light - when the sun shines in London!

It is fully furnished with a double bed (new mattress), large working desk, and plenty of storage.

The immediate area is well served, and there are a few supermarkets very close by, i. e., Lidl and Sainsbury's with Clapham High Street and Brixton within 15-20 minutes' walking distance or simply one stop by tube.

About us:
We are two professional males, working from home two days per week.

We get on really well and organise dinners and lunches together from time to time, but we also like to respect each other's privacy. We are very tidy and clean. Sharing a clean space is key for us and a sign of respect to the other people living with us.

We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, and we like to treat the property as a home. Therefore, parties are not allowed, and the new flatmate must be tidy, clean, and respectful.
