I’m looking for female working professionals and respectful individuals or a family for this bright and cosy maisonette in Stockwell. available from 1 July. There are currently 3 rooms available, one of which is a converted living room with a balcony (sorry, no communal living area in the flat). All are spacious and furnished. Medium size kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
Easy access to public transport: buses on Clapham Rd and Stockwell underground station is just 5min walk from the flat. Oval station 10min walk. Close to gym, groceries and shops open till late. Clapham bars and restaurants are very easy to reach.
Rent is £750 pcm ( per each bedroom ) or £2250 for the entire flat. Bills included in rent will be Council Tax and Water Bill. The rest tenants will need to pay. 1 month rent + 1 month deposit in advance. Sorry, at this stage I’m not looking for students. Women preferred or families. No pets and no smoking. I will consider family too but rent will be £2250 for whole flat a month and bills separate.
Please get in touch for more info or to arrange a viewing.
Many thanks,
Emman
