Big double room in 3 bed flat share

Lovely double bedroom in a 3 bed flat share. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 2 bedside tables, and a small desk (the bookshelf, chair and TV will be going). There is also another big wardrobe just outside of the bedroom which will be yours.

The flat:
There is a newly-fitted kitchen (washing machine incl.), a shared living room and a balcony. Upstairs with the bedrooms is a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a second toilet.

Current flatmates:
You would be sharing the flat with Sara and Francesco, who both work in recruitment. They are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. They love to hang out so are happy to have a social person around, but they also like privacy too, so don't worry!

The area:
The flat is a 10 min walk to Stockwell tube station, which can get you into central London in 10 mins. And you can get to Clapham Common or Battersea Park in 20 mins. There is a Tesco Express and PureGym right around the corner from the flat.

Bills:
Please note that bills are not included. Bills roughly come to £80 a month, depending on how much we consume, etc.
