Hi :) I’m moving to Canada and will sadly be leaving my lovely flatmates. I’ve been living here since the place went up on the market and am only leaving because of work. Your flatmates will be Molly and Rodrigo - who have been living here with me since the beginning - as well as Lewis who has just moved in. All are working professionals; ideally you’re someone who is active, social, and fun. Our flat is a bright and airy 4 bedroom apartment that comes with matching furniture and a modern decor. I’ve provided additional details about the flat below.

Your room:
Comes fully furnished with a double bed, faux leather couch, wardrobe, coffee table, nightstand, two chest of drawers, small table mirror. The wardrobe has a full length mirror, is quite spacious (comes with a clothes rack and shelves), and has plenty of room on top for you to store suitcases, bags, etc. The windows open up to a view of the garden and are shaded by a double set of blinds to control how much sunlight you want to let in. I also have a computer chair that I’m happy to leave if you would like.

Kitchen:
The kitchen incorporates a full LED spotlight ceiling, induction stove, and table. The apartment also comes equipped with a washing machine, free-standing clothes dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils suitable for the induction hob along with crockery.

Bathroom:
Comes fitted with a heated towel rack, sandstone cut slabs along with a ceramic sink. Dual setting LED lighting allows for a bright and well lit shower or a more subdued lighting. The glass shower is spacious and comes equipped with and adjustable rain shower head. The bathroom is also equipped with drawers to store your toiletries and a shower stand for easy access to your bath items.

Also included in rent:
A cleaner comes twice a week (Monday and Friday) to clean the common areas (e. g., kitchen and bathroom). Gas, Electricity, TV, broadband (super fast and unlimited data usage), and council tax are included in your rent. Central heating and 24 hours hot water.

Location:
The flat is a 7 minute walk to Brixton Tube Station and the O2 Arena; a 9 minute walk to Stockwell Tube Station; and a 15min walk to Clapham North. This actively accommodating neighbourhood has a community centre that offers games rooms, boxing and exercise classes, piano, and other amenities. Nearby shops include Sainsbury’s, Co-op, and Lidl, and local corner stores. Brixton market, Pop Brixton, and several bars, and clubs are a short 10-15min walk.

Additional info:
You will be taking over my contract which expires on the 31 January 2022, at which point you can renew if you’d like. Before signing the contract the landlord will run a quick credit check. Any pet owners will need to get the pet pre-approved by the landlord.
