Spacious double room available literally 2 mins walk away from Stockwell tube station.

The room benefits from plenty of light and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and extra storage. I also have put a desk in the room so you can work from home if needed!

The flat is lovely a bright with plenty of plants throughout. There is a shared living room which is great for the evenings, and even a little balcony!

The current flatmates are 2 x girls, both Spanish and English speaking. They like to cook and bake and watch TV programmes together.

There are excellent transport links all around, with Stockwell station linking to the Northern and Victoria lines. You can easily walk to Clapham or Brixton too.

The room is available from 1st November. All bills are included except for council tax which is split between us, meaning the total cost for the room is £720 per month.
