The flat is really well connected - a 5-minute walk to Stockwell Station (with access to both Victoria and Northern Line), and a 15 minute walk to Vauxhall. You can get to King's Cross in less than 20 minutes on the Victoria Line, or take a bus directly to Regent Street in under 30 minutes! Westminster can be reached by bus in 18 minutes and is walkable in around 30 minutes. There is a bus stop and Santander Cycle stand right outside the flat.

The flat has a good sized lounge and a garden. There's a Co-op and lovely pub almost at our doorstep, and massive Sainsbury's less than a ten minute walk away. We are tidy (but not so much that it's unwelcoming), we enjoy a tea or glass of wine in the evenings and the occasional brunch on a Saturday, we’d be looking for an easy-going and considerate person to join us. We are friendly, chatty and caring but also give each other space. When not in a pandemic, we tend to do our own thing but also enjoy a cuppa and a chat when we're all in the flat at the same time :)

Parking is available but is subject to a permit at £167 per year/£87 per 6 months. With this, your car would be parked in a bay visible from the rented room (in an access only road). Bills average about £100 per month but are lower in the summer.

Can be flexible on a move in date in March but the 15th is absolute latest.
