I’m looking for someone to fill my room in our lovely 4-bed house as I’m moving in with an old flatmate who has recently bought her own place.

The house is a fully furnished Victorian terrace with 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and a big garden perfect for BBQs in summer. It's around 10 mins walk to Stockwell, Clapham North and Brixton tube stations, near lots of good supermarkets, some nice parks like Clapham Common and Brockwell Park, as well as all the restaurants and bars on Clapham High Street.

The room:

1) Good sized double room overlooking the garden. Furnished with a bed, drawers and large wardrobe.

Fits a small desk in if working from home.

The housemates:

Currently living in the house are Theresa, 27 (from Chicago, studying International Relations), Lucy, 28 (from Toronto, Consultant), and Onasvi (from Toronto, Consultant). We spend time together as a house, having dinner or watching movies or going out for drinks at some of the nice local pubs but are also often out doing our own thing.

Details:

Available from 1st September. Rent is £745 per month and bills are around £100/£150 (cost of living crisis) including WiFi, council tax (Band E), water, gas, electric and a cleaner once a month. Usual references will be required by the letting agent who manages the property.
