I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in this wonderful flat in Stockwell. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and keen to be part of a social house, spending time chatting, having drinks/dinner together as well as time to ourselves.
The flat is large and light, and is situated on the 2nd floor of a modern, small complex of flats. Both bedrooms are really good sizes with ample storage space. The flat is fully furnished, with a cosy large lounge and kitchen area, dishwasher, washing machine, a big bathroom and great shower.
The flat is located really close to Stockwell tube (2min walk), on the Northern and Victoria line. And a short walk to Brixton or Clapham. There are also great local pubs/bars/restaurants and shops nearby.
Rent is £900 per month (Security deposit is one month's rent).
The exact move date can be flexible but before the 15th September would be ideal.
