ONE double room available in a spacious 3-bed maisonette located between Stockwell and Brixton tubes, with numerous bus links and bike lanes.

Downstairs is a large kitchen equipped with most things (including washing machine), a huge open plan living/dining room which lets in plenty of natural light with comfy sofas and TV and a dining table that seats 6.

There is also a lovely South-facing private garden with a shed and built-in BBQ.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate WC.

ROOM: Includes a double bed, a huge wardrobe, a bookshelf, desk and chair. This bright and cosy room is also a peaceful place to work/study.

You will be sharing the house with a female professional working in the private equity, and a female professional working in market research, as well as two friendly cats. We are very friendly and sociable and looking to continue the current homely set-up!

The location is ideal for access to Central London, both the West End and the City. It is less than a 10-minute walk to Brixton and Stockwell tube stations (for Victoria and Northern lines), and there are numerous buses (including 24 hour and night buses) from the end of the road.

There is a lovely local pub a couple of blocks away, a convenience store at the end of the road, a doctor's surgery 5-minutes’ walk away and a Post Office pick-up point in the next street.

Brixton and all its great restaurants and pubs and the fantastic food market are just a short walk away.

This property is managed by the Landlady who is very approachable and looks after her tenants. There are no agencies or fees involved.
