Hi there, we are looking for someone clean, friendly, and easygoing to join our home.
The rent can vary due to the bills but usually it is up to £850 per month for the room we have available - please be aware the deposit required by the landlady is £1,000.
The double room does not include the furniture in the pictures but it does include a double bed and one or two chest of drawers we have available in the house. It is a spacious flat on the top two floors of a house and has three bedrooms and one sizeable bathroom. We are pretty busy with work/social life but we also love spending time together whenever we’re free.
We have a small kitchen but the living/dining room is very spacious. There is a large shared balcony that looks over several gardens; It gives a feeling of seclusion in nature despite our central location. The house has large corridors with many windows and receives ample natural light throughout the day.
Only 4 min walk from Stockwell tube station and 10 min from Brixton - if you're not familiar with the area and you want a mix of restaurants & shopping & good tube connections to the centre plus sleep in a quiet room so it's perfect for you.
