Large room for short term let in spacious flat

I am looking for lodger to share my family home, on a short term let basis - minimum 2 weeks, maximum 2 months but longer may be possible. Available from 1st July.
- large and spacious 3 bedroom split level maisonette with private outdoor roof terrace
- 1X large private room available with king size bed, set aside from rest of the bedrooms.
- Shared bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and bath as well as additional separate downstairs toilet.
- great location, 13-15 mins walk from either Stockwell, Brixton or Oval tubes.
- Brixton road only a 2 mins walk away and from where there are many and frequent buses into central London as well as south to Brixton and beyond.
- friendly, professional family
- 300 per week on a weekly basis or 900 for a month. Inclusive of all bills. Deposit tbc depending on length of stay.

Required:

- sorry but I can't facilitate other guests other than the lodger, other than occasional weekends.
- working from home will be fine but best days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to work from home. There is a small desk in the room plus a desk in the living room both which would be available.
- would suit an individual looking for a short term let who is between starting/ finishing a longer term tenancy. Or a student studying and looking for short term accommodation
- I am up early at 6am most mornings so there will be some noise around this time. We have early nights so there is minimal noise after 10pm.
