A bright, double bedroom just 2 minutes' walk from Stockwell Tube Station and with views of the neighbourhood green. This snug room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, and desk and provides a bright and quiet space to work from home.

There is a large and modern shared kitchen (complete with a dishwasher and washer/ dryer) and communal sitting area with a large comfortable sofa and TV. It's a good place for eating and social mixing and leads on to a sunny balcony overlooking the green. The flat also features a contemporary bathroom.

The location is superb. With access to both the Northern and Victoria Lines from Stockwell Station you can be in central London in quarter of an hour. It is well situated for Stockwell, Clapham (including the common) and Brixton meaning you are well placed for shops, restaurants and social occasions year-round. There are also many affordable gyms nearby.
