Stockwell room (1 month let for August only)

Double room in lovely spacious, modern flat, located in touching distance of Stockwell tube station (Northern and Victoria line).
I am going to Australia for one month at the end of July and returning on 30th August so looking for another gay male to take my room for the month, living with 3 other gay professionals in a friendly houseshare. We are a welcoming bunch, it’s like living with your brothers! Great location, 2 of the current housemates will be away for a lot of the summer so you’ll mostly be sharing with one other.
Viewings will start in the second week of June and payment for the room will be required ahead of moving in.
I am away for August, but can be flexible if you need to move in a week earlier.
I’ll leave the bookshelf with my belongings, but the wardrobe and chest of drawers will be emptied for storage. Any questions, please get in touch!
