Hi, I’m Max, a 25-year-old Production Coordinator, looking for a new flatmate to replace the myself. In the flat, I also Amelia and Anjali, two super cool, fun girls working in the government sector.

The split level flat is in Zone 2, located between Stockwell and Clapham. It has great transport links with an easy walk to Clapham North, Stockwell, Nine Elms, and Wandsworth Road Overground stations.

We are looking for people who are friendly and sociable but also happy for us all to do our own thing. It’s important to maintain the current warm, welcoming, homely vibe (rather than it feeling like an awkward flat-share), so being easygoing, considerate, and clean/tidy is a must. One double for £1000/month, excl. bills - these tend to work out around £120.

Some details to bear in mind
- You will need to provide a Guarentor.
- Minimum yearly earnings of £30K
- Tenancy is 12 month period - you are able to sublet, but will remain on the contract and so still be liable for any remaining months, You are able to remove yourself from the contract at any point but it will come at a cost of £300.
- Deposit of 6 weeks required.

The move in date is ASAP, Preferrably end of March/Start of April
