Room available in a 3 bedroom maisonette sharing with two gay guys . The flat has been recently renovated with a new kitchen and 2 fridges , there is a toilet downstairs and walk in shower upstairs.
I work in interiors and leave the flat at 7am every morning to get to the gym before work and I’m normally in bed by 10pm.
Fabio is Portuguese and my flat mate , he works shifts, sometimes starting at 7am and other times getting home at 11.30. Sorry but there is no working from home.
The flat is located close to 3 tube stations- Nine Elms , Battersea power station and Stockwell.
There is a huge Sainsbury’s not far and a gym in the next street .
The rent includes all bills , laundry detergent, cleaning materials , tea , coffee and a cleaner every 2 weeks .
