Double Room: Comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, stand-alone wardrobe, and space for a small desk, perfect for someone who wants a cosy but comfortable space.

We’ve always been a social, easy-going flat, with the odd movie nights, pub trips, and the occasional shared meal or cocktail. The idea is to make this more than just a flatshare, but a home.

I’m an architect who loves running, theatre, comedy, making cocktails, planning trips, and playing guitar. Looking for housemates who enjoy a laugh, like to hang out, but also respect each other’s downtime.

✨ The Practical Stuff
Bills vary by season: about £120/month in summer and up to £185/month in winter

Move-in ready from 15th March as the lovely current flatmate is moving in with their partner.

Contract is up for renewal every May.
