Clapham/Stockwell Room with 2 South Africans

Hey ! We are two South Africans from Cape Town. One 23 year old female (Rachael in the creative industry) and one 30 year old male (Brandon - software engineer who works from home). We both moved to London about 2 years ago and became friends. Rachael's family own the apartment (she lives upstairs in the attic room) and Brandon lives in the room next to the lounge (see floor plans).

Sometimes we have guests over but the main vibe of the space is very relaxed. We both value our own space, privacy and cleanliness. We both like spending time at home and see the space as a sanctuary. We also like to cook at home, meal-prep and are into fitness and gyming.

With both of us being artists the space has a creative feel to it. We only moved into the place 2 weeks ago so still getting it furnished and finished up. If you want to move in you would have to provide your own furniture. The room that is available has two mattresses and that is it. There is however a lot of freedom to do with the space what you want! you can paint the walls, put up shelving etc if you like.

We definitely want someone easy going in general and wont put up a fuss about things. We are both easy going and accommodating.

The agreement would be on a lodgers agreement with flexible terms so if things don't work out you can easily part ways without feeling stuck.
