My room will be available from 1st January 2026 for either singles or couples at a monthly rate of £1050-£1200, which includes all bills and requires a very low deposit. Rent is negotiable for the right fit.

The accommodation is shared with the live-in landlord, Carolina, who is a delightful person and very easy to get along with. Carolina has a passion for baking which you'll have the pleasure of consuming! Additionally, another flatmate is scheduled to move in February.

The room itself is a very spacious double, featuring built-in mirrored wardrobes, a counter with drawers, a chair, and a personal fridge on wheels.

The property also includes a small balcony and a uniquely cosy kitchen. All bills are included and the room can be made available before 1st January if needed.

The location is highly convenient for transport:
- Buses are only 5 minutes away
- Stockwell tube station is a 6-minute walk
- Brixton tube station is a 15-minute walk
- Clapham High Street overground station is a 15-minute walk

There are numerous supermarkets within walking distance, and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of squirrels to be seen.
