Hey there! 💛

We’re Heidi and Anna, and we’re looking for a warm, social, and considerate flatmate to join our little home. Ideally another girl, but if you’re a super awesome guy, we’d still love to hear from you!

🏡 About the flat:
We live in a very peaceful and residential area in south west London. We’re super well-connected with several buses, plus both the Victoria and Northern lines nearby, so getting around is easy. Also, everything in central London is within cycling distance 🚲
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and sunny living room where we love to unwind, fully furnished bedrooms, and a calm little balcony overlooking the yard. ☕️🌞🌿
We moved in fairly recently, so we’re still adding cosy touches and making it feel like a proper home. Aka we're addicted to getting new plants and endless doomscroll sessions on marketplace when we hang out in the living room together. And we’d love someone who wants to be part of that. ✨🏡

👭About us:
We’re both around 30 and genuinely feel at home here. We both work a lot during the week and aren’t around much, but when we are, you’ll usually find us chatting in the lounge, decompressing from the chaos of London. This flat really feels like our safe little bubble in this busy city.

We’re not really a party flat, we love a good laugh, a movie night, or a catch-up over dinner and like keeping the space calm and comforting. We tend to live our social lives and see our friends outside of the flat, but occasional guests are totally fine, we just check in with each other so everyone feels good about it.

Heidi works as a freelancer in the coffee industry (yes, she brings home ridiculously good coffee and you will get addicted to it, you’ve been warned), plays tennis, goes to the gym, and is addicted to the sauna. She loves travelling and escapes to sunny places whenever London starts feeling a bit too cold.

Anna is a full-time YouTuber who makes content about economics, loves the gym, reads a lot, and likes cooking healthy meals when she gets home. 📚🍲

We’d love to live with someone who also works full-time (ideally also doesn't work from home), lives a healthy and active lifestyle, and appreciates a peaceful, cosy home. Bonus points if you’re also into the gym or tennis. 🏋🏼‍♀️🎾

We all have our own routines, but it’s important to us that the flat feels like a little family. We are all easygoing and like making each other feel supported and comfortable. 🥰🫶🏼💐

Move-in: ideally first of Jan but we’re a bit flexible
Council Tax: £63/month per person
Other bills: around £50–70/month per person
