Large sunny double outside Stockwell station!

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my two bedroom flat as I will be moving in with my boyfriend. The flat could not be better connected as it is directly outside Stockwell tube station, with access to both northern and Victoria lines. Stockwell itself has a Lidl 2 minutes walk away, and is easily walkable to Clapham, Brixton and Battersea. The flat is bright, spacious, and has a separate kitchen and living room. The room itself has a huge built in wardrobe, with two more storage cupboards in the hallways. The room comes furnished with the double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. The shower in the bathroom would be only yours as the other bedroom has an en-suite shower.

You would be sharing with Jess who is 23, works in law (both wfh and in the office) and is a great housemate. We are looking for a friendly, considerate and clean gal to fill the room.

The rent is £1,100 a month. The deposit is £1,154. In order to pass referencing, you must be in permanent employment with an annual salary of at least £33,000 (unfortunately the agency won’t accept students). I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 30th January, however I can be flexible with moving dates earlier in January.
