I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this gorgeous, bright flat that I’ve happily called home for almost 4 years. I’m only leaving because I’m moving in with my boyfriend – otherwise I’d be staying!
The flat is in an amazing location:
5 minutes’ walk to Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria lines).
10 minutes to Oval and Clapham North.
It also has lots of amazing restaurants, pubs and shops in all walking distance.
We also have a private landlady who lives just around the corner and is amazing!
The other girls in the flat are amazing, all working professionals who are clean, respectful and outgoing. We’re a sociable flat and enjoy hanging out together – watching TV, going out for dinner or drinks – but we also all have our own lives and respect each other’s space. It’s a really nice balance and a genuinely happy household.
The room is well lit, warm and beautifully furnished. The flat is bright, well looked after, and feels like a proper home rather than just a place to sleep. The flat has also been repainted with new wooden floors in the last few months.
I’ve loved living here and would really like to find someone who’ll enjoy it just as much. Ideal for a friendly, easy-going professional looking for a welcoming flat in a great area.
