Double bedroom in modern 2 bed 2 bath flat

Hi!

I am advertising one room in a bright and modern flat in Stockwell, Lambeth as I am sadly moving out!

You’ll be living with the lovely Ed, a 32 year old professional, working as a civil servant in Westminster.

The flat is around only 10 years old and located a very short walk from Stockwell station (with Northern line and Victoria line services). The area is also closely linked to Kennington, Brixton, Clapham and Stockwell and around a 15-20 minute bicycle ride to Westminster. Except for the room for rent, the remaining rooms in the flat are fully furnished, with a washer, dishwasher (can’t live without one now), fridge and freezer, oven, microwave and cupboard space in the kitchen.
Another massive benefit is that it is right above the Lidl!

The room itself is unfurnished but has plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and drawers. I will be selling most of my furniture except my bed at a cheap price though if you fancy saving me the hassle of Facebook marketplace ☺️

The room comes with your own private bathroom across the hallway as Ed’s room has an en-suite (shown in the pictures).
