I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to take a lovely double room in a bright and spacious 2-bed flat in Stockwell. My current flatmate is moving out as he recently bought his own flat.

The room overlooks the garden, comes fully furnished, and has its own private bathroom (so no sharing!). There’s space to work from home comfortably if you want to.

Location-wise — less than a 10-minute walk to both Stockwell and Brixton stations, and within easy walking distance of Clapham too. Great tube, rail and bus connections.

About the flat:

It’s a bright and spacious 2-bed flat with a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has an en-suite, so the main bathroom would be entirely yours. The building also has a residents’ gym (treadmill + cross trainer), concierge, private parking available.

A bit about me:

I’m a 30-year-old professional working in the City, usually from home about 3 days a week. I’m originally from Ireland and have been in London for 2 years now. I’m into the gym, staying active, watching films, and enjoy the occasional trip to the pub. I’m sociable but also respectful of personal space and downtime.
