Lovely spacious double room available to rent in a split level ground floor flat in Stockwell/Nine Elms.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk from both Stockwell/Nine Elms tube stations and has excellent overall transport links into Central London.

Flat comes furnished with a king bed and built-in wardrobes in the room, as well as a furnished living room. There is also space to bring your own furniture in as well. There's also a garden which grows a variety of different veg and fruits and gets excellent sunlight on it in the summer.

Rent is £950 per month and excluded any bills but does include Wi-Fi. The remaining bills (inc. council tax) come to roughly £300-£350 per month which would be split evenly. Council tax band C. Private parking also available.

A bit about me: I'm a 29 year old male working professional who has been living in London for little over a year now. I work hybrid and I'm in the office Mondays and Wednesdays - the rest of the week I work from a private study in the flat adjacent to my own room.

Outside of work I'm into all sorts of hobbies including fitness and sports (running, beach volleyball, squash and football mainly) as well as cooking (ex-chef!), travelling, films, music, nature and more. I like socialising but also really enjoy a private space that is well looked after and maintained and would be looking for someone similar.

As mentioned on the ad, couples would be considered (rent would be split £600 per person) and pets are absolutely more than welcome provided they're not the size of a horse. References are required by the landlord as well as a 4-week security deposit.
