Double bed with own bath in 2bed flat

I am looking for the right flatmate for a big 2bedroom flat in Stockwell, anyone? 👀

Location: The flat is 7m walks from Stockwell station (Victoria and northern line) as well as Brixton. There are few bars and off licence just in front the doorstep as well as Coop. Lidl's and Sainsbury's are just next the station. As well as a lot of restaurant and night life in Brixton!

Flat: 2 double bedroom, 1 ensuite (mine) and a double bedroom with own bathroom (with bath, in front of the room). It has a massive living room and a separate kitchen. There is a lot of storage around the house. The house/room comes with furniture.
Room is a good size double room, with chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed (it can become single for more space) and desk.

Rent: Flat comes for £2,460 + bills. (To share - No gas and discount on council tax, around £100/£150 during cold months)

Building: The building had concierge Mon-Fri and a little communal gym for tenants as well as a garden and bike shield.

About me: I am a 28yo Italian gay guy, I have been in London for 11y and I work full time in luxury retail as well as studying fashion business and management.
I am quite busy and I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean!, tidy and loves peace (no drama!) but who also love to have a glass of wine, dinner, watch realities, board games and karaoke. I love to cook and music (I used to be a dancer) and of course, fashion. I also love hosting dinner for my close friends and spend quality times.
