It's a 2 bedroom flat with a nice living room and shared kitchen and bathroom. There's a private garden at the back too.

The room is a good size, measuring 3.05 by 3.95 metres. It has a king size bed and built in wardrobes and cupboards (see photo).

The flat is not far from good transport links: Stockwell and Oval. Both Brixton and Vauxhall are 20 minutes walk away. It's about 20 minutes by bike to central London and the City. Tesco and Lidl supermarkets are nearby and there's a big Sainsbury's near Vauxhall.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm easygoing and respectful, and I'm British. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate. LGBT friendly. I don't smoke and there are no pets here. You can smoke but please outside.

Rent is £800 paid every 4 weeks. You won't need a deposit either.
