I’m offering a bright double room in our spacious, modern flat in Stockwell on a short-term sublet basis - ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, easygoing place to stay for a few weeks or months.

The room has access to a large, well-maintained bathroom shared with just one other person, so it still feels relatively private and convenient.

The flat itself is airy and generously sized, with a large, light-filled kitchen that’s perfect for cooking or unwinding after work. There’s also a great terrace — ideal for a morning coffee or some fresh air in the evenings.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful professionals in their late twenties/early thirties. We’re usually in the office during the week and keep things fairly low-key, but we enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal. It’s a sociable, relaxed home.

We keep the space clean and comfortable, so we’re looking for someone who’s considerate, tidy, and happy to slot into an easygoing household for the duration of their stay.
