10 min walk to Wandsworth overground station
2 min walk to the local park
4 min to the bus stop
There's about 5 grocery stores within a 10 min walk as well as convenience stores, asian grocers, post office etc.

I'm moving overseas so they new tenant would have to stay a minimum of 5 months till the end of the tenancy or they can sign a longer term.

Private landlord so everything is super straightforward. Will need a guarantor if you don't have a full time job.

Housemates: 2 male housemates, 23 & 25, both data scientists, one working full time, the other finishing his masters. Like to socialise and have a beer and takeout together here and there

Looking for a housemate who is clean and social.
