Looking for a lovely human to take over a bright, peaceful attic-style room in a two-bed flat — think cosy vibes with loads of natural light 🌞

The room itself is tucked under a skylight so you get gorgeous daylight (and the occasional dramatic rain moment), with plenty of space for a double bed, desk set-up, and storage. It’s technically unfurnished, but my current flatmate is happy to sell on some bits if that’s helpful — so you won’t be starting from scratch.

The flat has a clean, modern kitchen, and the whole place feels calm, tidy, and easy to live in.

You will also have the main full size bathroom to yourself.

Location-wise it’s a dream:
You’re about a 10-min walk to both the Northern and Victoria lines, plus loads of bus routes nearby. Brixton is also within walking distance (10min or so), so you’ve got the perfect mix of chill neighbourhood + fun when you want it.

About me:
I moved back to the UK from NZ 2 years ago after spending most of my life out there. I’m working full-time for a design agency (WFH 2–3 days a week). I’m a dancer and that takes up most of my time I’m pretty social but also very respectful of space, love a catch-up over dinner or a glass of wine, but equally value downtime and a calm home. Definitely not a party flat, more of a wholesome, well-balanced energy situation.✨

Who I’m looking for:
Honestly, someone I can get along with and be friends with — not just strangers sharing a space. Ideally you’re:
• Clean and respectful
• Social but also independent
• Working professional (hybrid / on site)
• Just generally a good, grounded human ✨

(No couples or pets, sorry!)

Move-in is flexible as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, and the lease renews on 24 May, so there’s a bit of wiggle room to make it work.
