🏡 Lovely Double Room in Friendly 3-Bed Flat – Stockwell/Oval ✨

We have a double room available in our fab 3-bed basement flat in a Georgian townhouse on Clapham Road (Stockwell/Oval area). We're looking for someone to take over the current contract.
 
📅 Available: mid-end April 

We will start replying to messages end of the week (4th/5th of April)☺️ 
 
📍Location: We're located equal distance between Oval and Stockwell stations (Victoria/Northern lines) just a 5 - 8 minute walk away.
 
🛏 The Room: Double room comes partly furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will need to provide your own bed and mattress
 
💸Rent: £670/month (No deposit required)

⚡️Bills: approx. £80/month (energy, internet, and a cleaner who comes twice a month).
Council tax and water included in rent (covered by the landlord).

Mat - 31, Design Manager, most likely found out-and-about with a wine and picky bits in hand

Kelsey - 26, Civil Servant, most likely found curled up on the couch with a tea and sweet treat in hand 
 
🧑‍🔧 About the Landlords
 
Our landlord and landlady own the building (they live close by in a separate house at the back of the building). They're super responsive, kind, and genuinely care about their tenants and properties - hence the price of the flat! Any issues are dealt with quickly and respectfully.

 🫵 About You

We're looking for a professional, between 25-30. A tidy, sociable flatmate who wants to join the home, not just rent a room — ideally someone who wants to become friends, not just flatmates!
