Room nr Stockwell / Oval

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely two-bed flat in the Stockwell / Oval area from early July.

About the flat:
- Split over two floors: two large rooms and bathroom upstairs, spacious kitchen-dining-living room downstairs.
- Outdoor space: shared with other flats in the building (including a shelter for bike storage).
- Near Northern/Victoria lines: 10 mins from Stockwell, 15 from oval, 15 from Brixton.
- The rent is currently £1,040 pcm with bills of ~£150, so total ~£1,200. Council tax band D.

About the flatmates (me): I am 28, work in electricity distribution, and enjoy being outside, running or playing tennis, or inside playing squash! I have only been at this flat for a couple of months myself, but I really like the place and am keen to stay and share with someone friendly and easy going :) I am originally from Kent, but am half-Swedish (currently doing language lessons!).

About you: Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and tidy. It would also be great if we could hang out and watch a film in the flat every now and then! If you have similar interests and enjoy a nice chat over dinner, then even better :)
