Im a live in landlady with a double room to rent in a very clean tidy house. The house is located approx five minutes walk from Stockwell station which is very central for links to the City and West End. The house has a garden, kitchen, living room and bathroom to share and is kept and maintained to a high standard. I would welcome anyone who is clean, tidy, sociable preferably over the age of 30.
