Bright DBL room between Stockwell/Oval (Bills inc)

We’re looking for a short-term (1 month min - 6 months ideally but can be flexible) tenant to take our spare double bedroom in our flat.

It’s located on a lovely quiet street just off the main road. There's two gyms, small Tesco and a nice cafe within a two minute walk from the flat so it's super convenient. It's also under ten minutes walk to both Stockwell and Oval tube stations.

The flat itself is nice and light on the first floor with two bedrooms. There are six flats total in our building, everything is modernly decorated, we have good internet, a fully equipped kitchen and Netflix, Amazon prime etc...

The room comes with double bed, tall chest of drawers and a desk/stool for home working. All bills are covered within the rent. Unfortunately there isn’t a huge amount of storage available so might not be for you if you have a lot of clothes/belongings.

You’ll be living with a couple in their early 30s. Imogen is a midwife and Chris designer/music producer.


We are looking for a relaxed, single person to share with, it’s not a party household (especially since covid) but we're happy to relax with a drink or two or some food in the evenings.
