Hello! We are looking for a third housemate to join us (one male, one female, both nice, chilled out, civilised, tidy professionals :D) in our lovely end of terrace house in Brixton. 5-10 min walk to Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North tubes, on a quiet, no through road and close to nearby shops and pubs.

The house was refurbished just two years ago (including brand new boiler, redecoration etc), plus a brand new bathroom put in within the last 6 months.

There are 3 double bedrooms, large, bright eat-in kitchen with access to a big garden (plus washing machine, dishwasher, microwave), a light, double reception room comprising a comfy sitting room with large bay window and separate dining room, ground floor wc and shower, plus lovely new bathroom (with bath and shower) upstairs.

There is a cellar for storage, off street parking, front garden and decent sized sunny paved back garden with decking and picnic table (which is great for summer BBQs and outdoor eating).

The room is at the back of the house, so nice and quiet, and comfortably furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and large chest of drawers.

The current tenants are one male (Matt) and one female (Sophie). We are both super chilled out and are looking for a nice, friendly, clean and tidy person to come in :).
