I am looking for someone friendly with an interest in the arts or academia to share my cosy flat. . I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music.
I'd like my flat mate to be a healthy eater, and not too much of a night owl. Race, spiritual beliefs and sexual orientation are not relevant for me.
I am mostly quiet - but I give flute lessons on five afternoons/evenings a week, and I play the flute and the piano but only at reasonable times. I cook fish or chicken, but no other meat, and you would have your own fridge.
The room I have to offer is large and has a double bed. It is in the basement but it is not at all damp, and has a small window and a ceiling of exactly six feet. Those are its two disadvantages but it is otherwise a lovely room and people who have stayed in it tell me they like it very much and sleep well there.
- £600 pcm (double)
