Looking for a new housemate to join this big and beautiful house in Stoke Newington! The move in date is flexible so happy to discuss.

You would be sharing the place with myself (Experience Designer) and another new tenant who I am also currently looking for. The double room is downstairs from the main living space and has its own private en-suite and small patio area.

There is a huge shared living area with space to eat, drink, cook, chill. We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and room to store bikes inside the house.

The house is on an idyllic cobbled street, just off Stoke Newington High Street, with a real community feel between all the neighbours, and lots of plants!

Here is some cool stuff we have on our doorstep;


• 5 mins walk to Stoke Newington Church Street with lots of restaurants, shops and Clissold Park.


• 15 mins walk to Dalston Kingsland.


• 10 mins walk to Hackney Downs park.


• 5 mins walk to Rectory Road overground - trains to Liverpool Street

• Under 4 min to any bus stop. There is a bus that will pretty much take you anywhere in north & south including all the way to Waterloo or Oxford Street!


• 5 mins walk to a Tesco, Sainsbury's, Wholefoods, local butchers and fishmongers and our 24/7 local grocer/newsagent.


• We are surrounded by loads of local restaurants and takeaways!.

• Lots of good walking, running and cycling routes nearby, a yoga studio on the next street and local gym at the end of the road.

The deposit is £690 and the rent is £690 per month, bills not included. Bills average around £100 a month and include gas, water, electricity, council tax, internet, cleaner.
