Part time rent of cosy room in garden flat Stoke N

Hi, I'm Charlotte and I'm looking for a female to occupy my spare room on a part-time basis. This would be from thursday - sunday or friday to monday. I've lived in the property for nearly two years and it is lovely. It sits at the end of a private road so although its very close to Church St, the main high st in Stoke Newington (which is filled with independent coffee shops, homeware shops and so many excellent restuarants) it is very quiet.

The room includes a built in bed and wardrobe and some space for storage under the bed. There is a newly refurbished bathroom, a kitchen with all amenities and - my favourite room - the living room. Which has French windows onto the garden.

I am a professional 34 year old female working in banking. I enjoy yoga, running, many wellbeing activities as well as some cocktails on the weekend.

I'd like someone similiar to myself: a professional female. One who equally enjoys quiet time at home as well as being active.
