Room for Rent in Stokey

Hiya all,
So we have a room available from August/September (flexible move in date :) ). 3 month minimum. Potentially as long as you like. It's a single with a nice window, £500 all inclusive, the London Dream.
It's a good place especially to start from if you're just moving to London, a few of us have done it that way : )
Come live in the nicest neighbourhood in London. 20 mins walk to Dalston if you like that sort of vibe but the relaxed Stokey vibe all around you if like that. We live on an estate so there is basically zero noise pollution. Good for if you're sick of living without any peace and quiet. 5 mins walk to a Super-Morrisons or 10 to the wee Sainsbury's round the corner. Several nice pubs, parks and bookshops and that all around the corner on Stokey high street or around.
The room specs are; there's a single bed. A built in wardrobe and and a chest of drawers. Got a nice window too.
2 minutes walk from Stoke Newington Station
We're 10 minutes bus from Dalston Kingsland/Junction
10-15 from Seven Sisters and Finsbury Park
10-15 Overground to Liverpool St.
We're a sociable and relaxed crew (you'd be sharing with 2 others both relaxed professionals). We generally share most things (unless it's that special tortellini you've been saving for your hangover) and tell eachother how we want things (communication is key : ) ).
Some of us smoke, some of us don't. In other times we go out and party, have people round for dinner, or are quiet and do our own thing. We have a nice big living room and sound system to do the socialising if you want, or a garden and balcony to retreat to if you want some alone time.
I've also set up the Living Room to be a station for Working From Home.
Bathroom with bath and shower double. Separated toilet. Kitchen with all the expected tings and gas hobs and oven.

Personally we want to this flat to be a home; we're slowly up-decorating, getting more plants and that. I'm looking for a comfortable and relaxed place where we can all be ourselves. Peace x
