The Locality:
Stoke Newington is a vibrant bustling town in the heart of the borough of Hackney. It is the ideal weekday crash-pad location with less than a 30min commute into the City and only slightly more into Central London. It has a wealth of lovely local pubs and restaurants which are ideal for a mid week supper or even better a Deliveroo meal after a hard days work. Church Street, Clissold Park and Clissold Leisure Centre are all less than a 2min walk away

The Flat:
- Capacious fully-renovated 2bed Georgian flat in Stoke Newington with high ceilings and a large open plan living space
- 6 seater dining table is ideal for working at (as I often do)
- Huge walk-in rain shower (on a combi boiler)
- Additional separate WC, super handy when you’re in a rush!
- It's a no shoe household

The Room:
- Fully-furnished, sunny, quiet double bedroom
- 3000 Pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topper
- Hypo allergenic bedding

- Superfast Virgin 100mb broadband
- Sony 4K TV both - Netflix TV & Amazon Video
(no terrestrial service though as I'm not a massive TV watcher)
- App controlled Tado smart heating
- 9KG washer-dryer
- Smeg Gas burner and oven
- Dishwasher

The Flatmate:
- Hi, I’m Moon an early 40s gay guy working in Architecture, Development & Education
- I travel with work but when in London, often work from home (when I am not teaching)
- I have a busy social life and don’t tend to be in every night but relish the weekends to myself hence why the need for a weekday tenant. The odd weekend can be negotiated but not regularly
- I have quite a dry sense of humour that takes some getting used to
- I enjoy cooking and the odd weekday evening bottle of wine, but I’m not a massive drinker
- I enjoy eating well and keeping fit (the local park is fab for a jog)
- Love me a good book

Ideally I’m looking for a friendly, tidy tenant who can be sociable but also respects personal boundaries.

The room is available immediately. References will be required, as will an advance of a months deposit.
