Double room in Stoke Newington / Clapton

We have a great room going in our 3 bed flat share. The room has high ceilings, good light and it's a really decent size.

The flat is split over 3 levels with a living room that leads on to a roof terrace. It's a really great space to have in the summer but could do with some more plants now (photo attached is old!)

Our street is in a safe area about 10 mins walk from both Stoke Newington and Clapton overground. 15 mins walk from Stamford Hill and 1 minute away from the 253 / 254 which goes to Finsbury Park & Camden / Hackney Central & Aldgate.

Flatmates: Fearghas (31) works in Tv production and Savena (24) works at a tech start up. We have been living here for 4 and half years and really love the area and the flat! The agency has been pretty good at dealing with problems and they have only put the rent up once since 2014. Generally the flat is fairly quiet and relaxed so we are looking for someone who wants the same sort of environment.

The room is available from July 12th

The room is £640 for singles and £760 for couples. The deposit is £830.
